Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Q: HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days subject to, stock levels, company closure and bank holidays. If an item is in stock, it will normally be delivered in Ireland within 3-5 working days with standard shipping. If, for any reason, there is going to be delay in dispatching the goods, we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes.
Q. ARE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING INCLUDED OR ARE THEY EXTRA?
A. Standard postage & packaging costs are paid for by us, however, if you wish to pay for registered tracked post you can do so at checkout.
Registered tracked deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the item.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally, however, postage outside of the Republic of Ireland will be paid for by the customer.
Q. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
A. You can return your order for a full refund within 10 days of purchase given that the item(s) have not been used or damaged in anyway and are returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs, however, must be paid for by the customer. To ensure your item gets to us and because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order to us for your exchange or refund to be processed. We will email you once your item has been received and issue you your refund once the item is in good order.
Q. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
A. If it has been over 7 working days and you still have not received your order please contact us at here and we will investigate why your order has not yet been delivered.
